General Terms
All sales are made only upon the terms and conditions set forth on this invoice. Customer, by accepting the Products, shall be deemed to have assented to the terms and conditions set forth on this or other document hereafter sent by Advantage Computers, Inc. notwithstanding any terms contained in any prior or later communication from Customer and whether or not Advantage Computers, Inc. shall specifically or expressly object to any such terms. Advantage Computers failure to object to any provision of any subsequent document, communication or act of Customer shall not be deemed a waiver or any of the terms hereof. Any changes in the terms and conditions set forth herein must be specifically agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of Advantage Computers, Inc. before coming binding on either Advantage Computers, Inc. or Customer. All prior and subsequent oral agreements are superseded and made void by terms and conditions herein. If any provision or portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, unconscionable or unenforceable, the other provisions and portions hereof shall be not affected.
Any software included in or relating to the Products has been supplied by the manufacturer. Advantage Computers, Inc. makes no representation or warranty with respect there to and shall have no liability in connection therewith. Customer is solely responsible for complying with the manufacturer's or other requirements with regard to proprietary and similar rights in and to such software (including any requirement to enter into a separate license agreement and prohibitions against duplicating and/or disclosing the same) and shall indemnify Advantage Computers, Inc. against and hold it harmless from any and all liability, cost or expense arising from a breach or purported breach of such requirements. All systems are accepted by customer on "as is" bases and customer is solely responsible for all modifications in the software systems contain in them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Complete System is covered with 3 Year component manufacturer warranty for retail components. Advantage Computers, Inc. warrants this product to meet applicable specification as set forth in the product descriptions in the technical manuals and to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. All items under manufacturer's warranty must be registered and serviced through their warranty agreements. OEM Processors are covered with 30 days warranty from date of purchase.
In no event will Advantage Computers, Inc. be liable to customer or the user for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use such product, even if Advantage Computers, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Advantage Computers, Inc. shall also not be liable for any claims of any other party other than the Customer. In any event, the liability of Advantage Computers, Inc. shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Customer acknowledges that he or she has read the warranty disclaimers and understands the same and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. Customer acknowledges that except as set forth in this document, neither Advantage Computers, Inc. nor any other person has made, and customer had not relied upon, any express or other warranty or representation (including, without limitation, advertising materials, brochures or other descriptive literature) concerning any products.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Advantage Computers, Inc. harmless from any and all liability, loss, cost or damage described in the preceding paragraphs of this section, except for the sole and exclusive remedies stated above, and from claims by any party for personal injuries or death or damage to property, tangible or intangible, arising out of the existence or use of the Products or any defect in the Products, whether or not such liability, loss, cost damage or claim is occasioned in whole or in part by any actual or alleged act or omission of Advantage Computers, Inc., its representatives, employees, subcontractors, vendors or suppliers, or by any defect in the Products whether or not it is contended that Advantage Computers, Inc. contributed thereto in whole or in part or was responsible therefore by reason or non-delegable duty.
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES HEREIN PROVIDED SELLER HAS MADE TO AFFIRMATION OF FACT AND HAS MADE NO PROMISE RELATING TO THE GOODS BEING SOLD THAT HAS BECOME ANY BASIS OF THE BARGAIN MADE OR THAT HAS CREATED OR AMOUNTED TO AN EXPRESS WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS WOULD CONFORM TO ANY AFFIRMATION OR PROMISE. THE SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS BEING SOLD. THE SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSES WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS BEING SOLD.

PRODUCT SHIPMENT
All products are shipped at Customer's risk, and Advantage Computers, Inc.'s responsibility for damage to products cases when the products are delivered to the carrier, to Customer or to Customer's agent at Advantage Computers, Inc.'s facility, whichever occurs earlier.
Title to the Products sold hereunder will be deemed to pass to Customer upon Delivery. Customer agrees, however, that Advantage Computers, Inc. retains a purchase money security interest in all Products sold by Advantage Computers, Inc. to Customer, and to all Advantage Computers, Inc. Products now or hereafter acquired by Customer and to any proceeds thereof, until the purchase price and other charges due to Advantage Computers, Inc. shall have been paid in full. Customer agrees to execute any financing statements or other documents as Advantage Computers, Inc. may request in order to protect Advantage Computers, Inc.'s security interest. Upon any default by Customer hereunder, Advantage Computers, Inc. shall have all rights and remedies of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code, which rights and remedies shall be cumulative and not exclusive. In the event of Customer's default in payment for the Products, Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Advantage Computers, Inc. in collection of any sums owing by Customer. Advantage Computers, Inc. shall not be obligated to make any further deliveries to Customer. Such reasonable costs and expenses shall include, but not be limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, collection fees and court costs.
Advantage Computers, Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of orders or contracts, or in the delivery or shipment of Products, or for any damages suffered by Customer by reason of such failure or delay, when such failure is, directly or indirectly caused by, or in any manner arises from fires, floods, accidents, riots, acts of God, war, governmental interference or embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, shortage of labor, fuel, power, materials, supplies or transportation, delays in deliveries by Advantage Computers, Inc.'s suppliers or any other cause or causes (whether or not similar in mature to any of those herein before specified) beyond its control. Advantage Computers, Inc. reserved the right to cancel without liability any order, the shipment of which is or may be delayed for more than ninety (90) days by reason of any cause or causes beyond its control as aforesaid. Advantage Computers, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to allocate among customers or potential customers, or defer or delay the shipment of any product which is in short supply.
Shipping
Advantage Computers, Inc. operates a state-of-the-art automated warehouse and distribution center to ensure that your order is shipped quickly and accurately. More than 97% of all credit-approved orders are shipped the same day they are placed, even when ordered as late as 6:30 PM CST. Fast, economical, and reliable UPS and Fedex shipping is available, and Advantage Computers, Inc. has electronic order tracking to provide you with accurate delivery status. APO and FPO SHIPMENTS
Advantage Computers, Inc. is pleased to offer service to customers with APO and FPO addresses. All products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and must meet Postal Regulations for maximum weight, dimension, etc Please contact our Sales Department for assistance.
FREIGHT CHARGES
For your protection, we ship only to your credit card's verified billing address. In some circumstances, international shipping may be available. Please contact our Sales Department for details.
For shipping replacement items, the UPS Ground Service is using.
Advantage Computers, Inc. offers a 30 day return policy to all our customers. If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, our returns specialists will be happy to help you. Please call or write our Returns Department and obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. We will assist you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit. Some limitations and restrictions apply. PAYMENT METHODS
CHECK PAYMENT POLICY
Advantage Computers, Inc. accepts cashier or certified checks on all COD orders up to $200. Personal or business checks up to $7000 are acceptable at our showroom location, subject to verification.
CREDIT CARDS
Advantage Computers, Inc. accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover & American Express.

There is no surcharge for credit card orders.

* Every purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee (may be subject to a 15% restocking fee). Shipping and handling or open software are non-refundable.
* Absolutely no refunds after 30 days.
* Physical damage to the CPU or memory will void any warranty.
* $20.00 charge on each returned check and finance charge of 1.5% per month for past due accounts.
* Return merchandise requires valid RMA# clearly marked on box, copy of invoice and brief explanation of problem. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for complete Return Merchandise Policy.
* Current RMA number valid 10 business days.
* Customer is responsible for all legal & collection fees to this invoice.

* No refunds for Custom Cofiguration Computer Systems
* All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
* Printers in which ribbon or toner has been used are not eligible for refund.
* Shipping fees are not refundable.
* All OEM titles must be bundled with hardware.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders accepted by Advantage Computers Inc. are not subject to change or cancellation by Purchaser upon payment of an appropriate charge to cover the cost or loss incurred by Advantage Computers Inc. All orders are immediately processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. If you made a mistake and need to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Immediately send an e-mail to sales@advantagepcinc.com, no later then 24 hours, from time the order has been made.

• Any other requests are subject for cancellation fee, no less then 5% from amount of the current order.
• Only cancellation requests sent to this e-mail will be honored.
• Please include your order number along with your name, cancellation request and reason.
• Wait for an e-mail or a phone call from an Advantage Computers Inc. accounting representative confirming your order cancellation.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
